How much are dues, when are they paid, how do I pay them?

Dues are $350 annually and are due October 31 of each year. There is an option to make two payments: $175 by October 31 and $175 by April 30. Late fees of $15/month will be assessed for payments received after that date/s. We are working on establishing an online payment option, otherwise dues are mailed to 

Who can use the pool? 

Residents of Brooktree Homes that are in good standing. Residents are allowed to bring guests but must accompany them. Read a full list of pool rules on the Pool & Tennis Court Page.  

How do I get a key for the pool or tennis court? 

For a pool key contact DD Zimmerman and for a key to the tennis court contact Jon Galloway. 

Can I put in a fence, have a garden, etc? 

Yes, as long as it adheres to HOA bylaws and Gladstone city codes. 

Who do I contact to get the road, sidewalk, street signs repaired? 

City of Gladstone handles that. You can make an online report here.
