Pool & Tennis Court.

One of the favorite amenities of the neighborhood is the pool and tennis/pickleball court. The HOA likes to host family friendly gatherings with food, music, and games. Residents have enjoyed Fall Harvest Festivals, Spring Egg Hunts, Bike Parades, and Poolside BBQ parties. We are also proud to be the home of the Brooktree Baracudas a regionally competitive swim team. The North East portion of the pool deck is available to be reserved for parties by texting Anissa Batchelor at 816-977-1482.

Pool Access/Keys
One activated card per household will be provided. Cards will be re-used from year to year but will be deactivated if not current on dues and the Board reserves the right to deactivate cards if pool usage is abused.

If a card gets lost or stolen please notify Jon Galloway or DD Zimmerman ASAP so it can be de-activated. This will prevent non-members from entering the pool. Lost or Stolen cards can be replaced for $25.00 each but only one activated card per household at a time is permitted.

Entry into the pool will only be allowed when an activated card is scanned at the gate between the hours of 11am and 9pm. A picture will be taken when card is swiped so be sure keep your card with you and do not lend your card to non-members.

Please do not ask the staff to grant you access without a card. They cannot let you in and will be terminated if they are granting access to anyone without a card

A member with an activated key card must accompany guests. Guests must be signed in and must leave the pool when the member leaves.
