Pool & Tennis Court. One of the favorite amenities of the neighborhood is the pool and tennis/pickleball court. The HOA likes to host family friendly gatherings with food, music, and games. Residents have enjoyed Fall Harvest Festivals, Spring Egg Hunts, Bike Parades, and Poolside BBQ parties. We are also proud to be the home of the Brooktree Baracudas a regionally competitive swim team. The North East portion of the pool deck is available to be reserved for parties by texting Anissa Batchelor at 816-977-1482.
